Wakefield AFC Juniors

As we are inclusive, we are openly inviting parents to get involved by joining us at Committee Meetings to

bring fresh ideas ie fundraising, ground improvements but generally hearing what we are striving to do as a club.

It’s everyone’s club and as such we are opening the doors for all parents to get involved from U7’s to U16’s.

The club will be holding a social fundraising event during the season, alongside a gala for the younger teams and of course a Christmas raffle.

On top of this during the month of October we will be collecting goods to donate to the local Foodbanks in Wakefield and donating Easter goods to the Children’s Ward of Pinderfields Hospital. We need all teams to get involved to help the local community.

Being part of Wakefield AFC is creating a pathway for our players to not just get into open age football but Semi Professional Football.

To help this pathway we need to encourage the players to get down to watch the First Team, so they start dreaming of one day gracing the same pitch. All Under 16’s are free entry, free car parking so no excuses to start filling the stands with the future generation.

Please join our social media sites (Facebook & Instagram) that give constant updates about what is happening within the Junior section and also up to date match information regarding Wakefield AFC first team.
